How to not get sick while boating

Seasickness, often known as motion sickness, is an uncomfortable sensation induced by any movement that disrupts your inner ear, which may include anything from boat trips to roller coasters. While some of the symptoms are modest, others are incapacitating and include vomiting and nausea. –          Get enough rest
